Práce se zabývá základními informacemi o týmové práci. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy tým, funkce, velikost týmu, cíle týmu a druhy cílů, pojmy teambuilding a efektivita týmu. Dále definicí týmové spolupráce, stádia spolupráce, bariéry a kritické faktory spolupráce, druhy rolí a jejich rozdělení v týmu. V práci jsou dále vysvětleny pojmy motivace, motivační teorie, základní nástroje pracovní motivace, odměny a sankce. Nakonec jsou v teoretické části rozebrány pojmy supervize a syndrom vyhoření. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na projekt zefektivnění týmové práce na oddělení léčebné následné péče v Uherském Brodě. Cílem je pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu, technikou dotazníku zjistit současný stav týmové spolupráce v organizaci. Vytvořit projekt zlepšení současné úrovně v organizaci a podrobit jej časové nákladové a rizikové analýze.
Annotation in English
The thesis deals with basic information about teamwork. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of team, team function and size, team goals and types of goals, concepts of teambuilding and team efficiency. Furthermore, the definitions of teamwork, stages of cooperation, barriers and critical factors of cooperation, types of roles and their division in the team. The theme of motivation, motivational theory, basic tools of work motivation, rewards and sanctions are further explained in the theme. Finally, in the theoretical part, the concepts of supervision and burnout syndrome are discussed. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on the project of streamlining teamwork at the department of therapeutic follow-up care in Uherský Brod. The aim is to find out the current state of teamwork in the organization using quantitative research, the questionnaire technique. Develop a project to improve the current level in the organization and subject it to time, cost and risk analysis.
