Bakalářské práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u dozorců a strážných Vězeňské služby České republiky. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, přičemž první kapitola se věnuje definici syndromu vyhoření, jeho historii, vývoji a diagnostice. Druhá kapitola popisuje rizikové faktory vyhoření a prevenci, která může dopady těchto faktorů zmírnit. Na závěr teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o Vězeňské službě ČR, její organizaci a zaměstnancích. Praktická část formou kvantitativního výzkumného šetření zjišťuje míru syndromu vyhoření u dozorců a strážných Vězeňské služby ČR a identifikuje rizikové faktory zapříčiňující vznik syndromu vyhoření

The bachelor's thesis deals with burnout syndrome in prison guards and guards of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, the first chapter of which deals with the definition of burnout syndrome, its history, development and diagnosis. The second chapter describes the risk factors of burnout and prevention, which can mitigate the effects of these factors. At the end of the theoretical part, basic information about the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, its organization and employees is provided. The practical part in the form of a quantitative research survey detects the rate of burnout syndrome in prison guards and guards of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and identifies the risk factors that cause the development of burnout syndrome.
