Práce se zabývá problematikou brownfieldů a je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. První část, teoretická, se zaměřuje na definici pojmu brownfield a další související pojmy, vznik brownfieldů na území České republiky, dělení brownfieldů, možnosti jejich revitalizace, možnosti finanční podpory a také o zájem o regeneraci nevyužívaných objektů v dalších státech. Hlavním cílem praktické části je představit stav brownfieldů na území Zlínského kraje a v obci Jasenná a dále navrhnout možné využití bývalého koupaliště v této obci a výši nákladů na jeho revitalizaci.

The work deals with brownfield issues and is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part, theoretical, focuses on the definition of the concept of brownfield and other related concepts, the creation of brownfield sites in the Czech Republic, the division of brownfield sites, the possibility of their revitalization, the possibility of financial support, as well as the interest in the regeneration of unused buildings in other states. The main aim of the practical part is to present the state of brownfield sites in the territory of the Zlín Region and in the municipality of Jasenná and to further propose the possible use of the former swimming pool in this municipality and the cost of its revitalization.
