Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti 5M. Cílem bylo analyzovat současný stav této problematiky v dané společnosti a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhnout vhodná nápravná opatření. Zhodnocení současného stavu problematiky ve vybrané společnosti probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření. Výsledné odpovědi, které vyšly rizikové, byly dále analyzovány pomocí vybraných metod jako jsou CLA, What If s maticí rizik a FMEA analýzou. V závěru práce jsou na základě zjištěných skutečností formulovány konkrétní kroky, které povedou ke zmírnění dopadů zjištěných rizikových faktorů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of occupational safety and health at work in the company 5M. The aim was to analyze the current state of this issue in the company and based on the findings, to propose appropriate corrective measures. The evaluation of the current state of the issue in the selected company was based on a questionnaire survey. The resulting responses that came out were risky were further analyzed using selected methods such as CLA, What If with a risk matrix and FMEA analysis. At the end of the work, based on the findings, are formulated specific steps that will lead to mitigating the impacts of the identified risk factors.
