Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu lidského faktoru ve specifickém pro-středí Police České republiky. Hlavní pozornost bude upřena na psychologická rizika, která před policisty vyvstávají z náplně jejich zaměstnání. Teoretická část je věnována literární rešerši na téma Policie a rizika. Analytická část zkoumá příčiny, které mohou vést k rizikům a hrozbám pomocí metod Brainstormingu a Ishikawova diagramu. Cílem této práce je dete-kovat kořeny těchto problému a navrhnout opatření, která by mohla vést ke změnám.

The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the human factor in the specific environment of the Police of the Czech Republic. The main focus will be on the psycholo-gical risks that arise for police officers from the content of their jobs. The theoretical part is devoted to a literature search on the topic of Police and Risk. The analytical part examines the causes of risks and threats using Brainstorming methods and the Ishikawa diagram. This work aims to detect the roots of these problems and propose measures that could lead to changes.
