Tématem práce je zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v Psychiatrické nemocnici v Kroměříži. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a zabývá se pojmy v oblasti BOZP, právními předpisy v rámci EU a ČR, orgány BOZP a parametry řízení BOZP v organizacích jako jsou např:. povinnosti zaměstnavatele, či práva a povinnosti zaměstnance. Druhá část, tedy praktická, popisuje samotnou organizaci a věnuje se analýze současného stavu zajištění BOZP v Psychiatrické nemocnici v Kroměříži spolu s návrhem opatření pro zlepšení stavu. Jako první je zpracována analýza současného stavu zajištění BOZP ve vybrané organizaci. Pro danou analýzu byl použit interaktivní nástroj OiRA. Na základě zjištění byla v dalším kroku zkoumána psychická zátěž zaměstnanců, ke které byl použit Meisterův dotazník psychické zátěže. Na základě výsledků byly organizaci doporučeny návrhy pro zmírnění psychické zátěže.

The topic of the work is to ensure safety and health protection at work in the Psychiatric Hospital in Kroměříž. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with concepts in the field of health and safety, legislation within the EU and the Czech Republic, health and safety authorities and parameters of health and safety management in organizations such as the obligations of the employer or the rights and obligations of employees. The second part, ie practical, describes the organization itself and deals with the analysis of the current state of health and safety at the Psychiatric Hospital in Kroměříž, together with a proposal for measures to improve the situation. The first is an analysis of the current state of health and safety in the selected organization. An interactive OiRA tool was used for the analysis. Based on the findings, the next step was to examine the mental burden of employees, for which Meister's questionnaire on mental stress was used. Based on the results, suggestions for alleviating mental stress were recommended to the organization.
