Cíl diplomové práce je zahrnut zejména v praktické části, která využívá výsledků dotazníkového šetření, hodnotí současný stav systému a pokouší se navrhnout zlepšení vedoucí k optimalizaci
Annotation in English	The thesis deals with the risks of crisis communication and evacuation in emergencies. The theoretical part is focused on defining the concepts of communication, crisis communication, evacuation. Aim of the thesis is mainly involved in the practical part, which uses the results of the survey values of the current state of the system and try to suggest improvements to optimize the use.
