Diplomová práce je zaměřená na zlepšení bezpečnosti logistických procesů. Jedná se o návrh skladového systému, především policového regálu, který by měl zvýšit efektivitu práce a zlepšit orientaci skladníka na skladě. Teoretická část se zabývá důležitými logistickými pojmy jako je samotná logistika, skladování, zásoby, bezpečnost logistických procesů. V praktické části je popis vybraného podniku a analýza současného stavu, dále snímek pracovního dne skladníka a jeho zachycení ve špagetovém diagramu. Následují analýzy ABC a XYZ, které vedou k rozčlenění skladových položek. Součástí praktické části jsou návrhy uspořádání policových regálů a jejich ukázka.

The diploma thesis is focused on improving the security of logistics processes. This is a design of a storage system, especially a shelf rack, which should increase work efficiency and improve the orientation of the warehouseman in the warehouse. The theoretical part deals with important logistics concepts such as logistics itself, warehousing, inventory, security of logistics processes. The practical part is a description of the selected company and an analysis of the current state, as well as a picture of the storekeeper's working day and its capture in a spaghetti diagram. The following are ABC and XYZ analyzes, which lead to the breakdown of stock items. Part of the practical part are proposals for the arrangement of shelving and their demonstration.
