Diplomová práce se zaobírá vypracováním návrhů k optimalizaci systému skladování s ohledem na bezpečnost logistických procesů ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou zpracovány kapitoly obsahující základní informace související s danou problematikou. V praktické části je nejprve představena vybraná společnost a následně jsou využity analýzy SWOT, ABC a XYZ. Výsledky analýz jsou následně využity při tvorbě návrhů k optimalizaci systému skladování v dané společnosti. V závěrečné kapitole diplomové práce jsou představené návrhy zhodnoceny.
Annotation in English
The diploma thesis deasl with the elaboration of proposals for the optimization of the storage system with regard to the security of logistics processes in a selected company. In the theoretical part of the work, chapters containing basic information related to the issue. In the practical part, the selected company is introduced first and then the SWOT, ABC and XYZ analyzes are used. The results of the analyzes are after that used to create proposals for optimizing the storage system in the company. In the final chapter of the diploma thesis, the presented proposals are evaluated.
