Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice zajištění systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) ve vybrané organizaci působící v potravinářském průmyslu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, která je dále členěna na analyticko-empirickou a aplikační část. Teoretická část definuje použitou terminologii, analyzuje aktuální požadavky právních předpisů od Evropské unie i České republiky pro oblast BOZP a popisuje činnosti institucí, které utvářejí právní rámec a podporují osvětu v oboru BOZP. Dále jsou rozebrána témata vztahující se k zajištění BOZP. Praktická analyticko-empirická část identifikuje rizika, na základě, kterých jsou navržena a vybrána optimální opatření k ošetření rizik. Aplikační část popisuje realizaci opatření k minimalizaci rizik ve vybrané organizaci.

The thesis deals with the issue of ensuring the system of Occupational safety and health (OSH) in a selected organization operating in the food industry. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, which is further divided into analytical-empirical and application part. The theoretical part defines the terminology used, analyzes the current requirements of legislation from the European Union and the Czech Republic in the field of health and safety and describes the activities of institutions that form the legal framework and support education in the OSH. Furthermore, topics related to OSH are discussed. The practical analytical-empirical part do identification of risks, on the basis of which the optimal measures for risk treatment are designed and selected. The application part describes the implementation of measures to mitigation risks in the selected organization.
