Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu plánu krizové připravenosti prvku kritické infrastruktury. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, legislativa týkající se problematiky, popisuje kritickou infrastrukturu a metodiku tvorby plánu krizové připravenosti. Poslední kapitola této části se zabývá popisem nouzových služeb. V praktické části se nachází popis ORP Lipník nad Bečvou a požární stanice města Lipník nad Bečvou. Následně jsou analyzována rizika, která mohou stanici ohrozit. V poslední části je navrhnut plán krizové připravenosti prvku kritické infrastruktury.

This diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a crisis preparedness plan for an element of critical infrastructure. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, legislation related to the issue, describes the critical infrastructure and methodology for creating a crisis preparedness plan. The last chapter of this section deals with the description of emergency services. In the practical part there is a description of the ORP Lipník nad Bečvou and the fire station of the town Lipník nad Bečvou. Subsequently, the risks that may endanger the station are analyzed. In the last part, a crisis preparedness plan of the critical infrastructure element is proposed.
