V bakalářské práci se zabývám projekty, které byly zrealizovány díky finanční podpoře a dotacím Evropské unie a díky Olomouckému kraji, jakožto žadateli o poskytnutí těchto dotací. V prvních pěti kapitolách se čtenář dozví, na čem je založeno financování z EU, o významu regionální politiky, dále následuje výčet a základní informace o strukturálních fondech a samotný proces programování. V druhé, praktické části, bakalářské práce stručně popisuji základní informace o Olomouckém regionu. Další dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány popisu a analýze konkrétních projektů, které Olomoucký kraj zrealizoval za podpory fondů EU. Popis a analýza jsou doplněny tabulkami a grafy pro větší přehlednost a možnost srovnání jednotlivých projektů, co se týče nákladů a délky realizace. U každého projektu jsem zhodnotila hlavní přínosy realizovaných projektů a v závěru navrhla doporučení Olomouckému kraji pro další programovací období.

In this Bachelor thesis I am dealing with the projects, which were implemented with the financial sponsorship and investment grants of European Union and thanks for Region of Olomouc as an applicant of these grants. In the first five chapters, the reader can learn about the rules of the European Union´s financing, about the importance of Regional Policies. These topics are followed by the principal information of the Structural Funds and there are also mentioned the programming processes. In the second part of this Bachelor thesis there are described the principal information about the Region of Olomouc. The description and the analysis of the specific projects, which were implemented by the sponsorship of the European Union´s funds, are structured in two last chaptures and they are suupplemented with the schedules and graphs to show the better summary and the comparison of costs and time demands of the realized projects. I evaluated the principal benefits of each of the realized projects. In the end I proposed recommendaiton for the Region of Olomouc for the next programming period.
