Annotation Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat stravování v jednotlivých oblastech Slovácka a jeho vývoj. Je zde pojednáno o historii zemědělství na Slovácku, jak se lidé zásobovali potravinami,jak je zpracovávali a uchovávali. Práce obsahuje přehled plodin a živočišných produktů pro tuto oblast typických. V neposlední řadě se dočteme o jídlech, která se vázala ke slavnostním příležitostem, jakými jsou svatba, křest, vánoční či velikonoční svátky, ale také nahlédneme do jídelníčku všedních dnů.
Annotation in English The goal of this thesis was to explore boarding in different areas of Moravian Slovakia and its development. There is treated of history of agriculture in Moravian Slovakia, as well as how to people victualed oneself, how they processed and kept the food. The thesis contains an overview of crops and animal products which are typical for this area. Finally, we will read about food which people ate during festive occasions as wedding, baptism, Christmas or Easter but also we will look into the everyday diet.

Annotation
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat stravování v jednotlivých oblastech Slovácka a jeho vývoj.
