Práce je věnována postavení žen v české rodině a společnosti z pohledu gender. Je zde popsán pojem gender a s ním související genderové role, stereotypy a socializace. Práce se zabývá genderovými vztahy v českých rodinách, rozdělením rolí v domácnostech a při péči o děti. Pozornost je věnována také současnému postavení českých žen na trhu práce, spolu s otázkou prosazování rovných příležitostí a problémem nerovnosti v odměňování.
Annotation in English
This work is engaged in emplacement of women in a Czech family and society from the gender point of view. The work describes the concept of gender and coherent ideas of gender roles, stereotypes and socialization. It also follows the gender relationship in Czech families and the division of roles in household and children keeping. Appropriate attentions is also given to an actual station of Czech women in a labour market, as well as to a question of equal chance enforcing and to a problem of unequal remuneration.
