Diplomová práce byla tvořena pod dohledem oddělení Product Industrialization v Barum Continental s.r.o.. Byla zkoumány a stanoveny vztahy mezi specifikací pro nezvulkanizovaný plášť a specifikací pro vulkanizovaný plášť. Data z rozměrové analýzy řezu vulkanizovaného pláště byla statisticky vyhodnocena za účelem nalezení matematických rovnic popisujících vztahy mezi rozměry polotovarů a rozměry částí vulkanizovaného pláště. Byla provedena Gauge R&R studie vyhodnocující variabilitu měřidla používaného v novém sytému měření rozměrů na řezech vulkanizovaných plášťů. Byl vytvořen, navržen a vyvinut intranetový systém pro správu dokumentace potřebné pro proces zavádění nových plášťů do sériové výroby.

Master thesis was realized under the supervision of Product industrialization division in Barum Continental s.r.o.. Relations between green and cure specification were determined. Data from cured tyre dimension analysis were statistically evaluated to find out mathematic equations which describe relations between dimensions of semi products used for green tyre building and dimensions of cured tyre parts. Gauge R&R study for new measurement method which is used for cured tyre dimension analysis was done. Intranet system was created, designed ad developed to suit the needs and requirements which are connected with tyre industrialization process as documentation administration and systematizing information of certain experimental tyre orders.
