Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče u pacientů se sekundárně se
hojící ránou po břišní operaci.
V teoretické části práce se zabýváme obecně popisem komplikací při hojení i dělení
a klasifikacemi ran nebo samotným procesem hojení. Jelikož naši respondenti jsou po
chirurgickém operačním výkonu, zahrnuli jsme i problematiku operačních ran jako je
lokalizace a technika operačního přístupu. Důležitou částí práce je i role sestry při hojení
ran.
V praktické části uvádíme kvalitativní výzkum formou kazuistikových případů. U tří
respondentů, jenž splňovali podmínky pro účast, byly metodou pozorování pacienta,
analýzou dokumentace a fotodokumentací rány vytvořeny tři kazuistiky. Hlavním úkolem
bylo zmapování ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů po břišní operaci se sekundárně hojící se
ránou v menší okresní nemocnici.
Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat ošetřovatelskou péči u třech pacientů se
sekundárně hojící se ranou po břišních operacích.

The topic of Barchelor thesis is nursing care in pacients with chronic wounds after
abdominal operation.
The theoretical part is about a general description of complications in healing and
division and classification of wounds or the healing process.As our respondents are after
surgery, we also included the issue of surgical wounds such as localization and technique of
surgical approach. An important part of the work is the role of the nurse in wound healing.
In the practical part we present qualitative research in the form of case studies. For
three respondents who met the conditions for participation, three case reports were created
by the method of patient observation, analysis of documentation and photo documentation
of the wound.
The main task was the nursing care of three patients after abdominal surgery with a
secondary healing wound.
