Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopravního řetězce ve výrobním družstvu Důbrava. Cílem této práce je zkrátit vzdálenost a vypočítat nejnižší náklady na dvě dané hlavní trasy družstva. V rámci řešení daného cíle je použita metoda pomocí programového systému Road Control. Tento program je zaměřen především na plánování dopravních tras. Přínosem této práce je dosáhnout optimalizace dopravních tras ve výrobním družstvu.
Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá dostupnými informacemi a poznatky o vývoji logistiky a distribučními vztahy v řetězci. Nejdůležitější oblastí je popis dopravy. Dále je popsaný program, ve kterém je tato práce vyhodnocena k dosažení cíle. Druhý oddíl obsahuje praktickou část, která je zaměřena na popis vybrané firmy a analýzy dopravního řetězce pomoci systémového programu Road Control. V závěru práce je navrhnuté řešení a doporučení pro dosažení optimalizace dopravních tras a jejich nákladů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the transport chain in the production cooperative Důbrava. The goal of this work is to shorten the distance and calculate the lowest cost of two given major routes of the cooperative. Within solving the given target a method with the help of the system Road Control is used. This program focuses primarily on the planning of transport routes. The benefit of this work is to optimize transport routes in the production cooperative.
The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the available information and knowledge about the development of logistics and distribution relationships in the chain. The most important part is the transport description. Later on the the program is described in which this work is evaluated to achieve the goal. The second section contains a practical part that focuses on the description of the selected company and the analysis of the transport chain using the Road Control system. At the end of the thesis there are proposed solutions and recommendations for optimization of transport routes and their costs.
