Bakalářská práce se věnuje aktuálnímu tématu týkající se výtěrů z horních cest dýchacích v diagnostice COVID-19. Teoretická část popisuje onemocnění COVID-19, výtěr z horních cest dýchacích jako primární metodu odběru vzorku
v detekci SARS-CoV-2 a edukaci osob v pandemii COVID-19 včetně edukace osob podstupujících výtěr z horních cest dýchacích. V praktické části práce jsou zpracovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumného šetření,
ve kterém bylo pomocí dotazníků zjišťováno, jak klienti vnímali provedený výtěr z horních cest dýchacích a jaké důvody je vedly k podstoupení odběru vzorku. Praktickým výstupem bakalářské práce je vytvoření edukačního materiálu, který obsahuje informace pro pacienty/klienty podstupující výtěr z horních cest dýchacích v diagnostice COVID-19.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with swabs form the upper respiratory tract in COVID-19 diagnostics. The theoretical part describes COVID-19 disease, the swab from the upper respiratory tract as the primary method of sampling
in SARS-CoV-2 detection and the education of people in COVID-19 pandemic including the education of people undergoing swabs from the upper respiratory tract. In the practical part of this thesis there are processed results of the quantitative research survey, in which questionnaires were used to find out how the clients perceived the swab from the upper respiratory tract and what reasons led them to undergo this procedure. The practical part
