Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu partnerských vztahů osob s mentálním postižením pohledem pracovníků chráněného bydlení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení mentálního postižení, dále na specifika partnerských vztahů osob s mentálním postižením a na specifikaci práce s partnerskými vztahy a sexualitou osob s mentálním postižením v prostředí chráněného bydlení. Cílem kvalitativně orientovaného empirického bádání je zjistit a popsat, jaké mají pracovníci chráněného bydlení zkušenosti s partnerskými vztahy jejich uživatelů s mentálním postižením. Data získaná pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů byla analyzována pomocí dílčích analytických postupů zakotvené teorie.

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of partner relationships of people with mental disabilities through the prism of sheltered housing workers. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of mental disabilities, as well as specifics of partner relationships of people with mental disabilities and specifies work with partner relationships and sexuality of people with mental disabilities in a sheltered housing. The aim of qualitatively oriented empirical research is to find out and describe how sheltered housing workers perceive the functioning of existing partner relationships of clients with mental disabilities. Data obtained by semi-structured interviews were analyzed using partial analytical procedures of grounded theory.
