Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Supervize u studentů oboru Zdravotně sociální pracovník. Cílem je zjistit názory studentů na význam a přínos supervize v rámci oboru Zdravotně sociální pracovník. Teoretická část práce popisuje supervizi, její cíle, funkce, typy, procesy a přínosy supervize v sociální práci. Následně se zaměřuje na popis specifik pracovní pozice zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, vzdělávací supervizi, na vzdělávací supervizi při studiu vysokoškolského oboru zdravotně sociální pracovník a sebereflexi studentů. V praktické části je popsána metodologie výzkumu. Praktická část práce je realizována prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu za využití techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Získaná data byla kódována a shrnuta prostřednictvím přehledných tabulek.
Bylo zjištěno, že názory studentů na význam a přínos supervize jsou velmi pozitivní. Supervize studentům poskytuje psychickou pomoc a podporu, pomáhá jim řešit problémy a nejasnosti, uvědomovat si chyby, a tedy zlepšovat svoji výkonnost.
Annotation in English
The bachelor thesis deals with a topic of Supervision of the Students of the Health and Social Care Programme. The aim is to find out students' opinions on the importance and benefits of supervision within the subject of the Health and Social Care Programme. The theoretical part of the thesis describes supervision, its goals, functions, types, processes and benefits of the supervision at social work. Subsequently, it focuses on description of the job position of a health and social worker, educational supervision, educational supervision during the study of the university subject of Health and Social Care Programme and students' self-reflection. Research methodology is described in the practical part. The practical part is implemented by means of a qualitative research using a technique of semi-structured interview. The data obtained were encoded and summarized through clear tables.
It was found out, that students' opinions on the importance and benefits of the supervision are very positive. The supervision provides students with psychological help and support, it helps them solve the problems and ambiguities, realize their mistakes, and thus improve their performance.
