Předmětem bakalářské práce s názvem "Terapie neklidu u pacientů v akutní psychiatrické péči" je zjištění, na kolik je terapie neklidných pacientů v akutní psychiatrické péči účinná. V teoretické části se věnujeme neklidu jako součásti onemocnění, nejčastějším duševním poruchám v akutní psychiatrické péči a možnostem léčby u neklidného pacienta. Dále se budeme zabývat přístupem zdravotníků k neklidnému pacientovi a ošetřovatelské péči obecně. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu metodou kazuistik. Cílem výzkumu je poskytnutí informací o terapii neklidného pacienta v akutní psychiatrické péči a její problematice.
Annotation in English
The aim of the bachelor's thesis entitled "Therapy of restlessness in patients in acute psychiatric care" is to inform about the efficacy and possibilities of the therapy of restless patients. The theoretical part is devoted to restlessness as a part of the disease, includes the information about the most common mental disorders in acute psychiatric care and the possibilities of therapy in a restless patient. In addition, we will also deal with the approach of medical stuff to the restless patient and nursing care in general. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research using the method of case studies. The goal of this research is to provide information on the therapy in a restless patient in acute psychiatric care and its problems.
