Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ambulantní léčbou stresové inkontinence moči u žen operační metodou zavedením minipásky SIS (Single Incision Sling). Cílem bylo zjistit kvalitu života žen před léčbou stresové inkontinence a po léčbě, spolu se zjišťováním spokojenosti se zvolenou metodou léčby. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii a fyziologii močových cest a mikce, dále se zabývá stresovou inkontinencí, vyšetřovacími metodami, dále neoperativní léčbou a operačními postupy se zaměřením na vaginální páskové operace. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována kvalitě života žen.
V praktické části je popisován kvantitativní výzkum provedený pomocí modifikovaného standardizovaného dotazníku "Contilife" doplněného o otázky autorky. Dotazníky vyplňovaly ženy z gynekologické ambulance MUDr. Zdeňka Adamíka Ph.D.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the outpatient treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women by the surgical method with the introduction of a mini-tape SIS (Single Incision Sling). The aim was to determine the quality of life of women before and after treatment of stress incontinence, together with determining satisfaction with the chosen method of treatment. The theoretical part is devoted to the anatomy and physiology of the urinary tract and micturition, it also deals with stress incontinence, examination methods. Non-operative treatment and surgical procedures with a focus on vaginal tape Sumery, the last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the quality of life of women. The practical part describes the quantitative research conducted using a modified standardized questionnare Contilife supplemented by questions from the author. Questionnaires were filled in by women from the gynecological outpatient clinic MUDr. Zdeněk Adamík Ph.D.
