Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá aktuální problémy a východiska postavení ženy v české společnosti a v rodině. Popisuje hlavní důvody současné pozice české ženy, prestiž, jakou společnost uděluje aktivitám ženy, porovnává pozice žen a mužů v různých oblastech společenské reality a naznačuje možná východiska z problému nerovnosti žen a mužů. Zabývá se rovněž vlivem integrace České republiky do Evropské unie na postavení ženy v naší společnosti jak z hlediska formálního, které se týká harmonizace práva Evropského společenství s právním řádem ČR, tak z hlediska materiálního, které ukazuje opravdovou pozici ženy v naší společnosti.
Annotation in English
This thesis investigates actual problems and solutions of a status of women in the Czech society and families. It describes main reasons of the actual status of the Czech woman as well as a social prestige of woman activities. It also compares the status of women with a status of men in different spheres of social reality and suggests possible solution of inequality of women and men. It also concerns an impact of the Czech Republic integration into the European Union on the status of women in our society from the both points of view - formal, which refers to a harmonization of the Czech Republic rule of law with the European Commonwealth law, and material, which shows the real status of woman in our society.
