Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice adopce a dosahování principů konceptu udržitelného podnikání firmami, a to v prostředí České republiky. Práce nabízí jak obecnou charakteristiku udržitelného rozvoje a podnikání z teoretického hlediska, tak i analýzu konkrétní společnosti aplikující principy udržitelnosti z praktického hlediska. S pomocí zvolených výzkumných metod analýzy podniku a teoretického představení tématu, bylo kriticky zhodnoceno a popsáno, jakou má udržitelné podnikání v České republice podobu. Nakonec byly v práci nastíněny možnosti pro další výzkum v oblasti.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of adoption and achieving the principles of the concept of the sustainable business by companies in the Czech Republic. The study offers both a general characteristics of the sustainable development and business from a theoretical point of view, as well as an analysis of the company applying the principles of sustainability from a practical point of view. Based on selected research methods of analysis of the company and theoretical presentation of the topic, it was critically evaluated and described what the sustainable business in the Czech Republic looks like. Finally, there were outlined the possibilities for further research in the thesis.
