Jako téma mé bakalářské práce jsem zvolil Regeneraci areálu SVIT. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a analytickou. V teoretické části se zabývám definicí základních pojmů, nastiňuji obecnou problematiku bronwfields, seznamuji čtenáře s novým trendem loftů a závěrem popisuji stav areálu SVIT. V analytické části navrhuji možné řešení a vzhled areálu, včetně jeho financování a podrobného popisu funkce každé budovy. Hlav-ním cílem je navrhnout nejvhodnější řešení regenerace areálu SVIT a snažit se tak po-zvednout upadající a chátrající areál.

Like a theme for my bachelor work I chose regeneration of the Svit area. The piece is split into to parts, theoretic and analytic. In the theoretical part I'm considoing the defini-tion of primary conceptions, foreshadowing the basic problem of brownfields, introdu-cing new trends of lofts and in the end I'm describing the shape in which the Svit area is in. In the analytic part I'm considoring possible solutions and the look of the area, also with financing and a detailed description of the use of each building. The main objective is to suggest the most profitable solution of the regeneration of the Svit area and try to enhance the decadent and cankering area.
