The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose the business plan for an establishment of the student bar in Kroměříž. The bachelor's thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part. Basic terms connected to entrepreneurship as well as the structure and content of the business plan are explained in theoretical part. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis contains business plan for an establishment of the student bar called Po Škole.

The author of the bachelor thesis shows the promotion expenses in the amount of 3050 CZK (p. 39, Table 6). In my subjective opinion, this amount is inadequate. Please, explain better how you manage the cost of the promotion.
How often do you plan to place advertisements?
How does the company want to attract students during school holidays? How does COVID-19 affect your business?
What is the competitive advantage of the suggested business plan in comparison with the current solutions and businesses?
In the price description you have stated that the prices for the summer will be different - how do you explain this difference in prices to the students who visit the bar during the summer?
From the author's point of you, what is the financial situation of the target group (high school students)? Is the suggestion - 70 students per day who spend CZK 250 - realistic? What do they spend 250 on? Why do you estimate 70 students?
Is a place for 200 people a bar? What kind of business is it?
How ethical is it to offer alcohol in a bar targeted on high school students?
How far is your place from schools? Did you do any calculations how many students pass the location?
How do the two target groups (students and tourists) get together? Don't they negate each other?
What are the revenue estimates based on? How high is the estimate without the events?
Explain the SWOT analysis. Do you know what is wrong? Where did you learn to do a SWOT analysis?
How did you set your opportunities? Are they internal or external?
