Annotation Diplomová práce si klade za cíl prozkoumat vnímání a postoje k tématu podnikání a startupů mezi studenty středních škol ve Zlínském kraji. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu zavedení nástroje pro podporu zakládání a rozvíjení startupů v prostředí středních škol ve Zlínském kraji. Teoretická část zahrnuje přehled literatury z pohledu českých a zahraničních autorů definujících základní pojmy startupů a podpůrné nástroje pro podnikatele. Analytická část spočívá v porovnání současných podpůrných nástrojů pro studenty středních škol ve Zlínském kraji a v zahraničí, dále pak v průzkumu provedeném mezi středoškoláky v regionu a SWOT analýze. Závěry získané z analytické části práce pak poslouží jako podklad pro projekt zavedení podpůrného nástroje pro zakládání a rozvíjení startupů v prostředí středních škol ve Zlínském kraji.
Annotation in English The diploma thesis aims to explore the perceptions and attitudes towards the topic of entrepreneurship and startups among secondary school students in Zlín Region. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to create a project of introducing a supportive tool for establishing and growing start-ups in the environment of secondary schools in Zlín region. The theoretical part includes literature overview from the perspective of Czech and foreign authors defining the basic concepts of startups and supporting tools for entrepreneurs. The analytical part consists of the comparison of the current supportive tools for secondary school students in Zlín region and abroad, followed by the results of the survey conducted among high schoolers in the region and SWOT analysis. The conclusions obtained from the analytical part of the work then will serve as a basis for the project of introducing a supportive tool for establishing and growing startups in the environment of secondary schools in Zlín region.
