Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace a její vliv na zvyšování výkonnosti firmy. Tato problematika byla aplikována na firmu DITIPO, a.s. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou zahrnuty obecné definice. A praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření. Zpracované výsledky jsou uvedeny do grafů a tabulek pro lepší přehlednost. Cílem této práce je prokázat vzájemnou závislost mezi motivací pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců a celkové výkonnosti firmy.

The subject matter of this bachelor’s thesis is the motivation and its impact on raising the performance of the company. This question has been examined and applied to DITIPO, a.s. firm. The bachelor’s thesis itself is divided into two sections. The theoretical section contains general definitions. In the practical section I address the evaluation of questionnaires. Results and findings obtained are stated in the chart and tables for better overview and clarity. The aim of this work is to manifest the interdependence between the
work performance of employe and motivation and its respective projection onto overall performance of the company.
