Annotation	Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou osob závislých, neúspěšných a mentálně retardovaných, jejich projevy a postavení ve společnosti, a dále východisky a pomocí obětem asociálního a kriminálního chování. Bakalářská práce je především zaměřena na kriminalitu dětí a mládeže s prevencí, pomocí a východisky jejich delikventního jednání. V poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny tři případové studie osob, a to osoby závislé, neúspěšné a mentálně retardované.
Annotation in English	Bachelor's thesis deals with the characteristics of dependent people, and mentally retardovaných unsuccessful, their speeches and position in society, and using as a starting point for victims of antisocial and criminal behavior. Bachelor's thesis is primarily focused on children and youth crime prevention, using a basis of their delinquent conduct. In the last chapter are three case studies of people, and to dependents, and failed the mentally retarded.
