Annotation Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou a vlastnostmi uhlovodíkových ropných substancí využívaných v kosmetice. Podrobněji je popsán vliv okluze, penetrace a komedogenních účinků na lidskou pokožku s důrazem na minerální olej a vazelínu. Práce se dále zabývá funkční rolí ropných derivátů ve vybraných kosmetických formulacích. Byl opodstatněn také význam bezpečnosti a regulačních norem.
Annotation in English The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics and properties of hydrocarbon petroleum substances used in cosmetics. It is focused on the impact of occlusion, penetration and comedogenic effect on the human skin with emphasis on mineral oil and petrolatum. The thesis further deals with the functional role of petroleum derivatives in cosmetic formulations. The significance of safety and regulatory standards were also explained.
