Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice související s každodenním používáním kosmetických přípravků. Jelikož mezi primární složky patří povrchově aktivní látky, je studium jejich vzájemných interakcí s pokožkou velmi aktuální. První kapitola stručně představuje tenzidy a jejich základní charakteristiky spojené s tvorbou micel v roztocích. Druhá kapitola je věnována jednotlivým interakcím, k nimž může mezi povrchově aktivními látkami a pokožkou docházet. Další část práce je soustředěna na možnosti snižování iritačního potenciálu tenzidů, s čímž souvisí i výčet mírnějších alternativ těchto látek. Přehled v současnosti dostupných přípravků s obsahem šetrnějších tenzidů je součástí poslední kapitoly.

The bachelor thesis discusses the problems following with a daily application of cosmetic products. Considering that active surface substances belong among the main components, the study of their mutual interactions with skin is very relevant. The first chapter briefly introduces surfactants and their base characteristic associated with formation of micelles in solutions. The second part is dedicated to individual interactions, which may occur between the active substances and skin. The next part is focused on the possibilities of reducing irritant potential of surfactants, and related list including the milder alternatives to these substances. The selected currently available products containing milder surfactants are summed up in the last chapter.
