Annotation Boli skúmané možnosti úpravy povrchu fibroínových filmov v stave Silk I metódou fázovej separácie za rotácie alebo staticky a pomocou metódy "Breath figures". Modifikačná zmes obsahovala hexafluoroizopropanol ako dobré rozpúšťadlo a dimetylsulfoxid ako zlé rozpúšťadlo. Bol posudzovaný vplyv procesných parametrov a pomeru týchto dvoch zložiek zmesi na výsledný charakter povrchovej textúry filmu. Pomocou statickej fázovej separácie je možné generovať vzájomne prepojené póry, naopak výsledkom modifikácie metódou "Breath figures" sú separované póry symetrického tvaru. Rotácia vzorku počas modifikácie má nepriaznivý vplyv na jeho zmývanie a vlnitosť. Povrchy boli charakterizované pomocou mikroskopických metód a obrazovej analýzy. Transformácia sekundárnej štruktúry fibroínu po modifikácii bola overená pomocou infračervenej spektroskopie.
Annotation in English The possibilities of surface treatment of fibroin films in the Silk I state by the method of phase separation under rotation or statically and by the method of Breath Figures were investigated. The modification mixture contained hexafluoroisopropanol as a good solvent and dimethyl sulfoxide as a bad solvent. The influence of process parameters and the ratio of these two components of the mixture on the final character of the surface texture was assessed. With the help of static phase separation it is possible to generate interconnected pores, on the contrary, the result of the modification by the "Breath figures" method are separated pores of symmetrical shape. Rotation of the sample during modification adversely affects its washout and waviness. The surfaces were characterized by microscopic methods and image analysis. The transformation of the secondary structure of fibroin after modification was verified on the basis of infrared spectroscopy.
