Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem trhu práce v okrese Frýdek-Místek. Práce vychází primárně z interních dat kontaktního pracoviště úřadu práce ČR ve Frýdku-Místku, která jsou následně zpracována pomocí metod popisné statistiky. Součástí práce je rovněž rozhovor s vedoucí oddělení trhu práce ve Frýdku-Místku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše vztahující se k dané problematice. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku zvoleného okresu a analýzu trhu práce z pohledu zaměstnanosti, nezaměstnanosti a pracovních příležitostí pro uchazeče o zaměstnání s přihlédnutím k poznatkům v teoretické části. Na základě rozhovoru a provedených analýz jsou v závěru práce formulovány doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace na trhu práce v okrese Frýdek-Místek.
Annotation in English
The thesis deals with the labor market development in the Frýdek-Místek District. The thesis is primarily based on the data provided by the Labor Office of the Czech Republic in Frýdek-Místek. The collected data are then processed using the descriptive statistic. The interview with the Head of the Labor Market Department of the Labor Office in Frýdek-Místek is implemented into the thesis.
The thesis consist of two parts: a theoretical part and an practical one. In the theoretical part, the literature search on the topic of labor market is performed. The practical part is focused on the general characteristic of the Frýdek-Místek District and the labor market analysis in terms the employement, unemployement and job opportunities for job seekers, while the findings from the theoretical part were taken into account. Based on the interview with the Head of the Labor Market Department and the performed analyses, the recommendations how to improve the current situation on the labor market in the Frýdek-Místek District are formulated at the end of the thesis.
