Cílem BP je řešení distribuce ve farmaceutické firmě (soucast logistickeho retezce) a současně vyhledat a analyzovat rizika, ktera při tomto procesu vznikají. Tyto rizika vyhodnotit odpovidajícími metodami a navrhnout jejich eliminaci.
Výsledkem práce bude návrh na zlepšení stavu v distribuci a mozne odstranění rizik ve spolupráci s konkretní firmou při jejich aplikaci v praxi.
Annotation in English
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the distribution in a pharmaceutical company (a part of a logistics chain) and at the same time to identify and analyze the risks that arise in the process.
These risks will be evaluated by appropriate methods and their elimination will be proposed.
The result of this thesis will be a suggestion for improvement of the distribution status and possible risk elimination in cooperation with the particular company in their application in practice.
