Cílem bakalářské práce je poukázání na nedostatky v procesu inventurních diferencích ve vybrané společnosti. Při analýze současného stavu došlo k zjištění, že proces má své nedostatky. Hlavním klíčem pro zjištění nedostatků byly metody a znalosti v oboru průmyslového inženýrství. Inventurní diference je proces, který se ve firmě optimalizuje od počátku založení. Po zjištění nedostatků byla navržena nápravná opatření, některá z nich byla i finančně zhodnocena. Mezi navrhované opatření je zavedení detailnější sledování inventurních dat společně se zaměřením na konkrétní materiály ve výrobě, které by mohly vést k poukázání na chybu v procesu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, první z nich je teoretická část, ve které jsou popsány zásady, potřebné k lepšímu uchopení části praktické. Praktická část se zabývá procesem inventurních diferencí a jejich problematikou. Především příčinami vzniku, které jsou v práci detailně popsány.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to point out the insufficency in the process of inventory differences in the selected company. In the analysis of current state was found, that process has its own insufficencies. The main key for discovering insufficencies was metods and knowledge in the field of industrial engineering. Inventory differences is a process, which is optimalized in the company from the begining of establishment. After discovering the insufficencies corrective action has been proposed, some of them were financially enhanced. Among the proposed measures is the introduction of more detailed monitoring inventory data along with focus on specific materials in production, which could lead to poiting out a errors in process. Thesis is divided into two parts, first of them is teoretetical part, in which principles are described, needed to better grasp the practical part. Practical part deals with process of inventory differences and their problems. Meainly the causes, which are decribed in detail in the thesis.
