Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace s rozličnými skupinami stakeholders z pohledu firem působících v České republice. Analyzuje současný stav úrovně této komunikace a snaží se ukázat na slabá místa, kde je velký prostor pro zlepšení. Základem pro další kroky této práce byla analýza současného stavu řešené problematiky v oblasti teorie, ze které poté vzešly podklady pro následnou analýzu situace v praxi. Na základě zkoumání zdrojů teoretických a diskuze s lidmi, kteří se problematikou komunikace zabývají v praxi, byly definovány skupiny stakeholders, které ovlivňují činnost firmy nebo jsou jejími činnostmi samy ovlivňovány. Dále došlo k sestavení komunikačního modelu, který byl nazván komunikační schody. Na základě těchto komunikačních schodů byla dále zkoumána celá problematika firemní komunikace.
Annotation in English
The dissertation work is focused on firm's communication with various groups of stakeholders. Author scrutinized these problems from the viewpoint of important firms operating in the Czech Republic. He analyzed present situation in the Czech Republic in this area and tried to show weak points which can be improve. The ground of this thesis was an analysis of current state of communication with various groups of stakeholders in Czech and foreign literature. This analysis was very useful for analysis of situation in practise. After investigation of theoretical sources and discussion with people from practise, real groups of stakeholders were defined. These groups are influenced by firm's activities or they influence activities of firms. Model of firm's communication was put together. This model was called communication stairs. Communication stairs were the ground for further scrutinizing of problems of firm's communication.
