Annotation Chov a lov ryb má u nás doslova staletou tradici a jméno jako Jan Dubravius, Jakub Krčín z Jelčan a Štěpánek Netolický u nás zná snad každý druhý občan.Český kapr byl a je znám i ceněn po celém světě, kromě toho i další druhy, které u nás pěstujeme a vyvážíme. V minulosti byly ryby jedním z nejoblíbenějších denních jídel i svátečních. Jedly se ve městech i na venkově. Byly připravovány nejrůznějšími způsoby a jedly se nejen ty, které se lovily u nás,ale dokonce se k nám dovážely i ryby mořské.Samozřejmě ne čerstvé, ale nejčastěji nasolené, uzené či sušené.
Annotation in English Fishing and fish breeding is in our country literally a hundreds years old tradition and names like Jan Dubravius, Jakub Krčín of Jelčan and Štěpánek Netolický are well-known to almost every second inhabitant. Czech carp was and still is popular and reputable all over the world, except that one there are also another species that are bred in our country and exported. In the past, fish were among one of the most popular every day and also festive meals. They were eaten in towns and countryside, too. They were prepared in various ways, and eaten not only the species angled in our country, but even imported salt-water fish. Of course not fresh, but mostly salted, smoked or dried.
