Diplomová práce "Návrh projektu na výstavbu sociálních bytů v obci Nedašova Lhota" se zabývá problematikou výstavby bytů pro sociálně slabé osoby. Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout řešení v oblasti absence sociálního bydlení v Nedašově Lhotě. V první části jsou vymezeny teoretické základy kohezní politiky Evropské unie. Zároveň je v rámci teoretické části objasněna problematika bytové a sociální politiky. Následně jsou představeny možnosti financování výstavby sociálních bytů. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu bytové politiky v obci Nedašova Lhota, včetně analýzy výplaty příspěvků na podporu bydlení. V návaznosti na analýzu bytové politiky byl navržen možný způsob řešení výstavby sociálních bytů v Nedašově Lhotě. Výsledkem práce je projekt na vybudování čtyř nájemních bytových jednotek, prostřednictvím kterých dojde k zajištění příležitosti kvalitního a finančně dostupného bydlení pro sociálně slabé osoby nebo pro osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením.

This thesis "The proposal on the constructing social housing units in the village of Nedašova Lhota project" deals with questions on the construction of flats for socially disadvantaged people. The purpose of the dissertation is proposing a solution in the area without social housing in the village of Nedašova Lhota. The theoretical fundamentals of The European cohesion policy are included in the first part of my dissertation. The issues of housing and social policy are clarified in terms of the theoretical part. The possible funding opportunities of the constructing social housing units are presented subsequently. The pratical part of the thesis contains an analysis of housig policy in the village of Nedašova Lhota including an analysis of payment contributions for housing assistance. Following the analysis of housing policy, possible ways of resolving the constructing social housing in the village of Nedašova Lhota are desinged. The result of the dissertation is the project for the constructing of four rental housing units through, which the opportunity will be provided with quality and affordable housing for socially disadvantaged people or for people at risk of social exclusion

Diplomová práce "Návrh projektu na výstavbu sociálních bytů v obci Nedašova Lhota" se zabývá problematikou výstavby bytů pro sociálně slabé osoby.
