Annotation	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá šikanou na 1. stupni základní školy a její prevencí z pohledu pedagogických pracovníků. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní pojmosloví vztahující se k šikaně, věnujeme se jejím formám, možným příčinám vzniku, stádii a následky. Dále charakterizuje znaky odhalující šikanu, její prevenci, léčbu a pohled na šikanu z legislativního hlediska. Praktická část interpretuje výsledky výzkumného šetření, kterého se zúčastnili pedagogové pracující na 1. stupni základní školy.
Annotation in English	The Diploma thesis, that you are now about to read is focused on bullying at elementary schools. It shows teachers point of view and how modern teacher can handle with such problem and how to make successful protection against bullying. Thesis has two parts. The first part speaks about basic terminology related to bullying as well as its forms, possible causes, stages and consequences. It also characterizes the features revealing bullying, its prevention, treatment and view of bullying from a legislative point of view. The second part is practical. It shows results of a research survey, which teachers from elementary schools took a part.

Research Plan	Zpracování rešerše a studium odborné literatury. Vymezení terminologie a teoretických východisek z oblasti šikany, její prevence a řešení.
