Bakalářská práce '' Šikana mezi vězněnými osobami v podmínkách českých věznic‘‘, se zabývá lepší orientací ve vzájemných vztazích mezi odsouzenými a obviněnými. Teoretická část se obecně věnuje problematice výkonu vazby a výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, věznic, agresivity, šikanování. Část praktická se již konkrétně zabývá negativním jevem šikanování. Zda se obětí šikany stávají častěji odsouzení a obvinění s handicapem, a zda nepřímí účastníci šikaně více či méně pasivně přihlížejí. V závěrečné části jsou mimo jiné navržena opatření pro prevenci tohoto sociálně patologického jevu.

This essay of a bachelor degree, named ''The chicane among the imprisoned individuals in the Czech prisons‘‘, is focused on a better orientation in the relationship between the convicted and accused individuals imprisoned together. The theoretical part is devoted to the dilemma of detention, imprisonment, state prisons, assertiveness, and chicane. The practical part is devoted to chicane itself and its negative impacts. Whether the handicapped individuals are vexed in the higher amount of cases and whether there is a problem of the passive tolerance of chicane in prisons. In the final part there are several recommendations for the prevention.
