Diplomová práce, která nese název Mezigenerační transfer výchovy v rodině, je zaměřena v teoretické části na tři kapitoly. První kapitola je zaměřena obecně na rodinu, její typologii, funkce a pohled na současnou rodinu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá výchovou, tato kapitola se mimo jiné věnuje podrobněji odměnám a trestům, jakožto prostředkům výchovy. Třetí kapitola se dostává k jádru diplomové práce a to je transgenerační přenos, kde uvádí, co to je transgenerační přenos, jeho formy, důsledky a související téma transgenerační psychologie a terapie. Praktická část se zabývá přenosem výchovy/výchovných stylů z generace na generaci. Tento přenos výchovy byl zjišťován pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda v rodinách existuje mezigenerační přenos výchovy/ výchovných stylů a jak je přenos ovlivněn používáním odměn a trestů.
Annotation in English
The thesis, which bears the name Intergeneration transfer of education in family, is focused on three chapters in the theoretical part. The first chapter deals generally with family, its typology, functions and attitude to the current family. The second chapter is focused on education and the role of rewards and punishments as tools of upringing. The third chapter is centred on the core of the thesis, which is the transgenerational transfer and its forms, consequences and relevant theme of transgenerational psychology and therapy. The practical part of the thesis deals with the transfer of education and the styles of education from generation to generation. The transfer was examined through the help of the structured interviews. The aim of the thesis is to find out the extent, to which the transgenerational transfer of education/methods of education is existent and how the transfer is influenced through the usage of rewards and punishments.
