Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-aplikační charakter. Zabývá se společným cvičením dětí předškolního věku a rodičů. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit tělovýchovný projekt, který bude sloužit jako nástroj podpory práce učitele v mateřské škole. Teoretická část blíže objasňuje pojmy rodiny a jejich funkcí, cvičení dětí s rodiči jako formu vzájemné spolupráce rodiny a mateřské školy, vztah rodiny a mateřské školy s ohledem na spolupráci rodiče a učitele. Zaměřuje se na komunikaci mezi rodičem a dítětem. Stručně se zmiňuje o pohybových dovednostech a schopnostech dítěte předškolního věku s ohledem na RVP PV. Praktická část obsahuje didakticky orientovaný projekt, jehož náplní jsou tělovýchovné jednotky zaměřující se na společné cvičení dětí a rodičů. Na základě realizace tohoto projektu ve vybrané mateřské škole a následné evaluace je zpracováno doporučení pro realizaci společných cvičení dětí a rodičů s ohledem na podporu práce učitele v MŠ zaměřenou na komunikační styl využívaný rodiči.

The bachelor thesis has theoretical and application character. It deals with preschool children exercising with their parents. The aim of this work was to create a physical education project that will serve as a tool to support the work of a nursery school teacher. The theoretical part closely explains concepts of family and their functions, children exercising with their parents as a form of mutual cooperation between the family and the kindergarten and the relationship between the family and the kindergarten while taking into account the cooperation of parents and teachers. It focuses on communication between parent and a child. It briefly mentions motor skills and abilities of preschool children with regard to FEP PE. The practical part contains a didactically oriented project, which contains PE units that focus on joint exercising of children and their parents. Based on the implementation of this project in the selected nursery school and subsequent evaluation, a recommendation for the implementation of joint exercises of children and their parents with regards to the work support of the kindergarten teacher is elaborated focused on communication style used by parents.
