Bakalárska práca sa venuje téme asertívne techniky. Cieľom je zoznámiť pracovníkov priemyslu komerčnej bezpečnosti s pojmom asertivita a pomôcť im prostredníctvom manuálu osvojiť si vybrané asertívne techniky. Pre zaradenie pojmu asertivita je v práci vysvetlená terminológia komunikácie. Asertivita je v práci preberaná z pohľadu jej výskytu, využitia a získania v štátnej a súkromnej sfére. Súčasťou je aj testovanie, ktoré je s výsledným návrhom manuálu pre pracovníka priemyslu komerčnej bezpečnosti, prezentované ako metodická pomôcka, ktorá môže poslúžiť súkromným bezpečnostným agentúram, školám zaoberajúcich touto tematikou alebo aj širokej verejnosti.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of assertive techniques. The aim is to acquaint employees of the commercial security industry with the concept of assertiveness and to help them learn selected assertive techniques through a manual. To include the concept of assertiveness, the terminology of communication is explained in the work. Assertiveness is taken over in terms of its occurrence, use and acquisition in the public and private spheres. It also includes testing, which is presented with the final design of a manual for the worker of the commercial security industry, presented as a methodological tool that can be used by private security agencies, schools dealing with this topic or the general public.
