Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický rámec. Cílem je sumarizovat teoretické poznatky o otázkách profesních ambic a popsat, jaké jsou profesní ambice ředitelů mateřských škol ve Zlínském kraji. V teoretické části jsou představena terminologická východiska týkající se profesních a osobních ambic. V centru autorčiny pozornosti je popsána profesionalizace učitele mateřské školy vedoucí k pozici ředitele mateřské školy. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu, který byl realizován za pomocí interview s řediteli mateřských škol ve Zlínském kraji. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány a analyzovány výsledky výzkumu, ze kterých vyplynulo, že k pozici ředitele mateřské školy je vedla změna pracovní pozice či osobní ambice a že jejich profesní ambice nejvíce ovlivňují činitelé, kteří na ně mají vliv.
Annotation in English
The thesis has a theoretical-empirical framework. Its aim is to summarize the theoretical knowledge of the professional ambitions of the kindergarten headmasters in the Zlín region and to describe them. The theoretical part introduces terminological solutions regard-ing their professional and personal ambitions. In the centre of the author's attention is being described the professionalization of the kindergarten teacher leading towards the position of the kindergarten headmaster. The results of the qualitatively oriented research, that has been carried out by interviewing the kindergarten headmasters in the Zlín region are presented in the empirical part of the thesis. At the end of the thesis, the results of the research are interpreted and analysed. It shows that it was either an urge to change their job or a personal ambition that led them towards the position of a headmaster in a kindergarten. And that mainly their professional ambitions were influenced by the people who have an impact on them.
