V bakalářské práci "Role mentora v klinické praxi pohledem studentů" jsme se zaměřili na postavení mentorů ke studentům v průběhu klinické praxe.
V teoretické části jsme zpracovali téma doprovázení, klinické výukové prostředí, mentor jako tvůrce, Heronův model a supervize. K řešení problematiky bylo použito kvantitativního výzkumu technikou dotazníku. Dotazník byl vypracován pro studenty ošetřovatelství. V praktické části zjišťujeme působení mentora, spokojenost studentů ošetřovatelství s průběhem praxe, systematičnost praxe, začlenění studentů v průběhu praxe do kolektivu a také přínos nových poznatků pod vedením mentora.

In the Bachelor Thesis "Role of Mentor in Clinical Practice from Students' Perspective" we focused on mentor status for students during clinical practice.
In the theoretical part we elaborated the topic of an accompaniment, clinical learning environment, mentor as a creator, Heron model and supervision. Quantitative research using the questionnaire technique was used to solve the problem. The questionnaire was developed for nursing students. In the practical part, we find out the mentor's effect, the satisfaction of the nursing students with the process of practice, the systematicity of the practice, the integration of the students into the collective in the process of the practice and also the acquisition of the new knowledges in the leadership of the mentor.
