Annotation Předkládaná práce je věnována aktuálním otázkám vývoje potravinářství, bezpečnosti potravin v ekonomicko-společenských souvislostech. Práce je členěna do dvou kapitol, kdy vlastním jádrem práce je kapitola - Potravinářství se vstupem do třetího tisíciletí. Kde se autor zabývá vývojem, trendy a strategickými cíli potravinářství.
Annotation in English This bachelor´s dissertation deals with important questions regarding the development of the food industry, food safety in the social-economical environment. The dissertation is devided into two chapters and the most important one is titled - ''The food industry entering the third millennium.‘‘ Where the author looks at the development, trends and strategic goals of the food industry.
