Tato práce se věnuje analýze rizik vzniku živelních pohrom v obci Všemina. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vyjmenovává základní pojmy z oblasti analýzy rizik. V následujících kapitolách jsou charakterizovány živelní pohromy, které se vyskytují na území ČR, a jsou zde popsány použité metody analýzy rizik. V úvodu praktické části se seznámíme s analyzovanou oblastí. Následuje vyjmenování konkrétních hrozeb pro danou oblast,vlastní analýza rizik popsanými metodami a vyhodnocení, včetně navržených opatření.

The thesis is concerned with the analysis of the risks connected with a possible emergence of potential natural disasters in the municipality of Všemina. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is concerned with defining the basic terms of the risk analysis section. The following chapters characterise natural disasters, which can occur on the Czech Republic's territory, as well as the methods used to analyse possible risks. In its introduction, the practical part establishes the analysed area. The following parts describe the identification of specific threats for the given area, the particular risk analysis by the methods described and a conclusion inclusive of proposed measures
Tato práce se věnuje analýze rizik vzniku živelních pohrom v obci Všemina. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vyjmenovává základní pojmy z oblasti analýzy rizik.
