Annotation	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na bezpečnostní hrozby při mimořádné události v podniku. Práce zprvu obsahuje literární rešerši dané problematiky, ta je založena na české i zahraniční odborné literatuře, obsahuje bezpečnostní hrozby, krizový management a analýzu rizik. Práce dále obsahuje představení vybraného podniku a jeho analýzu (identifikace a hodnocení rizik), safety audit, diskusi, návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu v podniku.
Annotation in English	Master thesis is focused on security threats at the emergency event in company. It contains literary reserch of this problematics which is based on czech and foreign specialized literature sources, it is including security threats, crisis management and risk analysis. The thesis also contains introduction of chosen company, analysis of company (risk identification and risk assessment), safety audit, discussion and suggestions for improvement of current situation in company.
