Nedávné požáry významných historických budov poukazují na nedostatečné zabezpečení jejich požární ochrany. Proto je nutné se více zaměřit na problematiku požární ochrany historických budov. Diplomová práce je věnována požární ochraně historických budov. Konkrétně je práce zaměřena na problematiku požární bezpečnosti hradu Kost. Teoretická část diplomové práce, je věnována pojmovému aparátu, právnímu ukotvení problematiky a historickému kontextu požární ochrany historických památek. V této části je také uveden současný pohled na tuto problematiku. Jsou zde nastíněny nejčastější příčiny požáru historických budov a na jejich základě jsou popsána provozní a technická protipožární opatření pro historické budovy. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na požární ochranu hradu Kost. V práci je popsána dokumentace požární ochrany a současný stav zabezpečení hradu Kost. Pomocí matice rizik a dotazníku pro analýzu rizik poškození památky požárem, jsou vyhodnoceny rizikové oblasti. Pro rizikové oblasti jsou navržena konkrétní opatření. Pro objekt hradu Kost je vypracován plán taktického cvičení. Pro účely práce a zejména pak plánu taktického cvičení jsou vypracovány grafické podklady přiložené k práci. Ačkoliv byl současný stav zabezpečení hradu vyhodnocen jako dostačující bylo navrženo několik doporučení. Doporučení se týkají zejména provozních opatření a provádění pravidelných cvičení dle taktického plánu či jeho upravené formy.

Recent fires in major historic buildings point to a lack of security for their fire protection. It is necessary to therefore a need for greater focus on the issue of fire protection of historic buildings. Diploma thesis is devoted to the fire protection of historic buildings. Specifically, the thesis is dowdy fire safety of Kost Castle.The theoretical part of the thesis, it is devoted to the conceptual apparatus, the legal anchoring of the issue and the historical context of fire protection of historical monuments. This section also gives a contemporary view of the issue. The most common causes of fire in historic buildings are outlined here, and operational and technical fire prevention measures for historic buildings are described on the basis of them. The practical part of the work is focused on the fire protection of Kost Castle. The work describes and documents fire protection and the current security status of Kost Castle. Using a risk matrix and a risk analysis questionnaire for fire damage, risk areas are assessed. Concrete measures are proposed for risk areas. A tactical exercise plan is drawn up for the object of Kost Castle. Graphic supporting documents accompanying the work are drawn up for the purposes of the work and in particular the Tactical Exercise Plan. Although the current security status of the castle has been assessed as sufficient several recommendations have been proposed. The recommendations relate in particular to operational measures and the implementation of regular exercises according to the tactical plan or its modified form.
