Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu výrobního toku velkosériové výroby ve společnosti Continental Barum s.r.o. Cílem práce je provedení simulace a otestování, zda je možné snížit počet zaměstnanců pro námi testovanou výrobu. Zadaný problém byl řešen v aplikaci Plant Simulation. Ze získaných výrobních dat a informací od zaměstnanců byl vytvořen simulační model. Z uskutečněných simulací byly získány grafy a statistiky o vytíženosti zaměstnanců, směn a strojů. Z těchto skutečností byly zjištěny výrobní rezervy u zaměstnanců, a také že výrobní kapacitu je možné zachovat i při nižším počtu zaměstnanců.

The bachelor is focused on analysis of the production flow of large scale production at company Continental Barum s.r.o. The aim of the project is to perform a simulation and test whether it is possible to reduce the number of employees for our tested production. The specified problem was solved in application Plant Simulation. A simulation model has been created from the production data and information collected from employees. Graphs and statistics on the utilization of staff, shifts and machines were obtained from the simulations carried out. From these facts, production reserves of employees were established and also the production capacity is possible to maintain even with a lower number of employees.
