Annotation Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací vstřikovacího procesu pomocí programu Moldflow Plastic Expert na vstřikovacím stroji ARBURG Allrounder 420C. V teoretické části je popsána problematika vstřikování plastů. V praktické části byly zvoleny dvě různé formy, na kterých byla provedena optimalizace vstřikovacího procesu pomocí programu Moldflow Plastic Expert Release 4.2. Dále byly zhotoveny 3D modely vstřikovaných dílu v programu Catie V5R15. A dále byla vyhotovena analýza vstřikovacího procesu pomocí programu Moldflow Plastic Insight 6.1.
Annotation in English This paper describes Optimalization of injection process using Moldflow Plastic Expert program on ARBURG AllRounder420C machine. Theory part is related to problem of plastic injection. In practical part two different mold was chosen to optimalize the injection process using computer program mentioned above. 3D models of injection parts were created in Catie V5R15. Analysis of injection process was completed by Moldflow Plastic Insight 6.1

Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací vstřikovacího procesu pomocí programu Moldflow Plastic Expert na vstřikovacím stroji ARBURG Allrounder 420C.
